We are all born with the capacity to connect and communicate. I am here to help facilitate both. It is not impossible to connect with your child or spouse, nor for them to connect with you! I am here to help couples work through their disconnect or communication issues, as well as to help teens and children with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or low self-esteem. I have experience working with children and adolescents, as well as adults.
