I will provide a friendly and supportive environment where you will feel safe and free from judgment. My Specialty areas include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief counseling, oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD, and individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
Through cognitive behavior therapy, I will guide you through the steps needed in order to live a happy and fulfilled life, all while in a safe and comfortable environment. I believe the first step towards recovery from mental illness is showing up. The mind is an incredibly powerful thing and you have the power to change your way of thinking for the better. Trust and open communication are incredibly important in a therapeutic relationship and I believe when you have those things, anything is possible.
My goal as a therapist is to create an environment in which my patients feel safe and secure. A nonjudgmental atmosphere is my top priority.
