“I don’t feel heard,” or “I can’t seem to do anything right,” are common feelings expressed in couples’ therapy. As one who has had many life experiences, I may identify with many of the feelings you are experiencing. Whether it is your relationships, feelings of anxiety or depression, or struggles with the choice’s life has put in front of you.
