I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and have been practicing since 2022. I am extremely passionate about helping individuals strengthen and evolve their relationships—with others and with themselves. Beginning therapy can feel daunting, from finding the right therapist to opening up about personal experiences with someone new. I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take that first step, and I celebrate you for starting this journey.

My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment—where you can show up as your most authentic self. I believe that each person’s story, goals, and reasons for seeking therapy are unique. Together, we will collaborate to develop an approach that feels meaningful and effective for you.

I take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy, often drawing from narrative therapy while remaining flexible to meet your individual needs—because there is no one-size-fits-all path to growth. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I have a particular passion for supporting adolescents, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those exploring sexual health and intimacy.
