Michelle Stewart, LCSW
Hi, I’m Michelle, a licensed social worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across a range of life stages and challenges. I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach to help you build on your existing resilience and move toward becoming the best version of yourself.
My background includes working with individuals in long-term recovery from substance use disorders, as well as supporting their partners and loved ones. I also specialize in working with older adults, helping navigate life transitions with dignity, clarity, and purpose.
As a former Division II student-athlete, I understand the unique pressures faced by college athletes—both academically and personally—and I offer a supportive space to address those challenges.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote meaningful, lasting change.
If you feel that my approach may be a good fit for your needs, I welcome you to reach out.
