Life and relationships with others, as well as ourselves, can be full of transitions that seem overwhelming at times, but I believe that everyone is capable of working through their challenges with the right tools. As a therapist, my intention is to provide my clients with the tools they need to improve their lifestyle and relationships. These tools include healthy communication methods, coping skills, and boundaries to progressively move forward. My goal is to also provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients while we explore solutions to stress together.
My approach is collaborative and experiential. Specialty areas include depression, anxiety, parenting, marital problems, individuals, couples, and family therapy. Methods of therapy used are Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, etc.
I believe that every client is unique and should be treated as such. Therefore, I will work with my clients to find the best fit and provide the method of therapy that feels most appropriate to my clients during our work together.
