As a Licensed Clinical Social worker, I believe everyone’s mental health matters. Once you decide you are ready to start treatment, I can help you to achieve your needs and meet your goals. It is important for us to build a relationship together so you can feel comfortable opening up and working on what you need, in order for you to be your best self. Let’s face it, life is challenging and too short to not live it to the fullest. I can help you learn coping skills, improve relationships, accept yourself for who you are, and use mindfulness in your daily life to improve your mental health.

I received my Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University. Then went on to get my clinical license to become an LCSW. I specialize in working with children and adolescents. I am trained in DBT, CBT, Behavior Planning, Trauma, Mindfulness, and United Protocol. I also specialize in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Perinatal Loss and Grief.
