I believe the first step towards recovery from mental illness is showing up. The mind is an incredibly powerful thing and you have the power to change your way of thinking for the better. Trust and open communication are incredibly important in a therapeutic relationship and I believe when you have those things, anything is possible.

Whether it is depression, anxiety, a mood disorder, a personality disorder, or just issues adjusting to everyday life stressors, I am here to help you adjust and understand the reasoning behind these things. Therapy can be extremely helpful for many people, even if you just need someone to talk to. I am unbiased and non-judgmental and will try to make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout each session.
