My goal as a clinician is to provide a safe environment, to hold space for your pain, and to support you while you process through your experience, while making room in your life for whatever you are facing that is getting in the way of you living your best life. Whether you are looking for coping skills to manage your life better, to identify healthy communications within relationships, a need to identify negative behavior patterns within yourself or a relationship, learn ways to recover from addiction, or need a safe place and someone to talk to, I work directly with my patients to achieve any goal.

Specialty areas of my practice are addiction, anxiety, working with family members from a loved ones addiction, depression, marital problems, and sex therapy. I welcome individuals, family and couples therapy and the LGBTQ community.
