Many adults, teens, and children seek therapy when anxiety, stress, or life transitions begin to feel overwhelming. Adults may be looking for support with relationships, personal stressors, or managing day-to-day pressures, while parents may seek support when their child is struggling with anxiety, social concerns, emotional regulation, or challenges at school.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused approaches to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and develop healthier thinking patterns. My background as a registered nurse, along with experience working with children and adolescents, has helped shape my supportive and client-centered approach to therapy.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you do not have to navigate challenges alone. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients and families feel heard while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
