As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) deeply committed to trauma recovery and healing, I am grateful to integrate my clinical training and mind-body practices into my work. A graduate of Stony Brook University’s School of Social Welfare, my clinical experience includes working with individuals and families navigating substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

For nearly 20 years, I directed a yoga studio and diligently studied yoga, cultivating a strong foundation in meditation and the science of yoga. This background continues to inform my therapeutic approach, allowing me to support clients in reconnecting with both mind and body as part of the healing process. I believe deeply in addressing each person within the context of their environment, honoring their full story and lived experience.

My approach is client-centered and grounded in mindfulness-based techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals feel supported in exploring challenges, building resilience, and moving toward meaningful change.

Are you feeling more anxious lately than usual? It can be difficult to ask for help or even acknowledge the need for support—but you don’t have to do it alone. For several decades, I have been closely connected to the recovery process, and it is my deepest intention to walk alongside individuals of all ages on their healing journey. Together, we can begin the process of restoring balance and well-being—mind and body.

If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you are just ready to move in a new direction in your life, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
