Lourdes Soto, MFT Intern
Before beginning my training as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I spent over two decades in public service, where I held key leadership roles and worked closely with individuals, families, and communities during times of crisis. This experience deepened my belief in the power of connection, empathy, and resilience, and inspired me to pursue a new and meaningful path in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy.
Throughout my journey, I’ve learned the importance of listening without judgment, showing up with compassion, and meeting people exactly where they are. I understand the weight of responsibility, the complexity of relationships, and the courage it takes to seek support.
As a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, I bring a calm, collaborative, and grounded presence. Whether you’re facing personal struggles, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I’m here to support you as we work together to create clarity, growth, and meaningful change.
