Lourdes Soto, MFT-LP
Before beginning my work as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I spent over two decades in public service, holding key leadership roles and working closely with individuals, families, and communities during times of crisis. This experience strengthened my belief in the power of connection, empathy, and resilience, and inspired me to pursue a meaningful path in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Throughout my journey, I’ve learned the importance of listening without judgment, approaching people with compassion, and meeting them where they are. I understand the weight of responsibility, the complexity of relationships, and the courage it takes to seek support.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a collaborative and grounded presence. Whether you’re facing personal struggles, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I am here to support you as we work together toward clarity, growth, and meaningful change.
