As a Mental Health Counselor, I am uniquely qualified to assist individuals who are victims of trauma, struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders, as well as those experiencing other stressful experiences. Therapy with me consists of an integrative approach tailored to meet each patient’s needs – rooted in Psychodynamic, Relational-Cultural, Person-Centered, Attachment, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Beyond those who have experienced trauma, my clinical interests are men’s mental health and the psychology of children and adolescents with cancer or other terminal illnesses.

While formally trained in individual psychotherapy from Fordham University, I am now being trained by North Shore Relationship Center under the supervision of Al Guerra, LMFT, in couples and family counseling to support families in crisis and families impacted by trauma. My work with families and couples is rooted in Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Bowen’s Family Systems, and Structural Family Therapy.

If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you are just ready to move in a new direction in your life, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
